Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe with fresh bananas, flour, brown sugar, and semi sweet chocolate chips.
Servings 36 cookies
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 bananas peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and bananas until smooth.
Add in flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Blend on low speed until dough is mixed well.
Remove bowl from the stand mixer.
Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Using a tablespoon, scoop cookie dough and drop onto a cookie sheet lined with foil or a silicone baking mat.
Bake at 375 F degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
