  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 3/4 inch strips and place in a ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and seal, pressing as much air out as possible.

  2. Turn and shake the bag well to incorporate ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight (or place in freezer and thaw overnight when ready to cook).

  3. Remove chicken from bag and discard bag and remaining marinade. Place chicken onto skewers.

  4. Grill skewers over medium high heat for four minutes per side until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers (great on salads the next day).
