Ingredients

  • 24 oz small refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 2 apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  • Remove biscuits from tubes and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Place quarters into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in sugar and apple pie spice.
  • Toss gently to coat pieces well.
  • Add diced apples to the bowl.
  • Toss again to incorporate all the ingredients together.
  • Spray a Bundt pan with non stick spray.
  • Spread biscuit mixture evenly into pan.
  • Drizzle melted butter over top of the biscuits in the pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, then loosen sides of cake and invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
