24 oz small refrigerated biscuits 1 cup sugar 1 tsp apple pie spice 2 apples peeled, cored, and diced 1/2 cup butter
Remove biscuits from tubes and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Place quarters into a large mixing bowl.
Add in sugar and apple pie spice.
Toss gently to coat pieces well.
Add diced apples to the bowl.
Toss again to incorporate all the ingredients together.
Spray a Bundt pan with non stick spray.
Spread biscuit mixture evenly into pan.
Drizzle melted butter over top of the biscuits in the pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, then loosen sides of cake and invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
