- 12 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 18 Oreo cookies divided
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
Place 6 Oreos in a ziploc bag, seal, and crush cookies.
Gently stir crushed Oreos into batter.
Line each muffin cup with a paper cupcake liner.
Place one whole Oreo cookie into the bottom of each muffin cup.
Top Oreos evenly with cheesecake filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until cheesecakes are set in the middle.
Cool completely before serving.
