  • 1 1/2 cups spinach leaves
  • 3/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

  2. Pulse and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.

  3. Store in a lidded container or a mason jar in the refrigerator.
