Roasted Asparagus Recipe
Roasted asparagus recipe with fresh asparagus spears, olive oil, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 lb asparagus spears
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Trim 1/4 inch off the ends of each spear of asparagus.
Place trimmed spears into a lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, turning to coat.
Sprinkle half of garlic salt and Parmesan over asparagus.
Turn spears over and sprinkle remaining garlic salt and Parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
