- 8 slices bacon chopped
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 28 oz can country style baked beans
- 16 oz can pork & beans
- 16 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 16 oz can lima beans drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
Cook bacon in large pot until crispy.
Place cooked bacon on paper towels and set aside.
Add ground beef to pot and cook until brown, drain, and return to pan.
Add baked beans, kidney beans, lima beans, pork & beans, and crumbled bacon.
Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, minced onion, and mustard.
Pour beans into a 2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
