Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 28 oz can country style baked beans
  • 16 oz can pork & beans
  • 16 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz can lima beans drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in large pot until crispy.
  • Place cooked bacon on paper towels and set aside.
  • Add ground beef to pot and cook until brown, drain, and return to pan.
  • Add baked beans, kidney beans, lima beans, pork & beans, and crumbled bacon.
  • Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, minced onion, and mustard.
  • Pour beans into a 2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
