- 1 small onion
- 1 celery stick
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 4 oz can tiny shrimp drained well
- buttery crackers for serving
Add onion and celery to a food processor and pulse until finely diced, or finely dice with a knife.
To a bowl, add cream cheese, diced onion and celery, and tiny shrimp.
Mash ingredients well with the back of a fork.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours.
Allow dip to come to room temperature before serving with crackers.
