Frozen bread dough stuffed with a garlic Parmesan spread and rolled up with mozzarella and pepperoni - the perfect easy lunch or dinner for the kiddos!
Be sure to read the instructions on the frozen bread dough for proper thawing/rising. Once risen, roll one loaf of dough to a 12 inch rectangle on a well floured surface.
In a small bowl, combine beaten eggs, parsley, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Spread half of this mixture over the dough leaving about 1/4 inch margin around all sides.
Layer with half of the pepperoni and half of the mozzarella.
Tightly roll up length-wise and place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. Repeat for remaining dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool, slice, and serve with warmed pizza sauce.
