Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 onion sliced into thin rings
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  • Stir well and cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
