  • 2 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1-2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon plus more for garnish
  • whipped cream


  • Drop apples, banana, milk, juice, ice cubes, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and additional sprinkle of cinnamon.
