Old El Paso™ Stand N' Stuff Soft Tortilla Taco Boats
Instructions
Brown ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning and water as instructed on the taco seasoning packet. Stir in refried beans.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion in olive oil over medium-high heat until tender. Add in garlic and cook one minute.
Stir in beer and cook 3 minutes until very bubbly. Stir in cheese, one handful at a time, until cheese is completely melted. Remove from heat. Cheese will thicken as it stands, so stir in milk as necessary to thin it out.
Fill taco boats with taco meat mixture, pico de gallo, and drizzled beer cheese. Serve immediately.
