1 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg 2 tbsp canola oil 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce 1/2 cup golden raisins
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together egg, oil, and cranberry sauce until mostly smooth.
Pour cranberry sauce mixture into flour mixture. Stir until just moist, batter will be lumpy. Stir in raisins.
Spread into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
