Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 - 6 ice cubes
  • 1 - 2 cups water
  • optional: preferred sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until mixed well. Add additional water if necessary to reach desired consistency. Makes 2 large smoothies.
