This Cranberry Ambrosia Salad combines all the best flavors of the season! Fresh cranberries, pineapple, whipped cream, and marshmallows.
Servings 10 servings
- 12 oz pkg fresh cranberries
- 20 oz crushed pineapples drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip thawed according to package directions
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
Place cranberries in a food processor or blender and process until well chopped.
Add in pineapple and stir well.
Add in sugar and Cool Whip and stir well.
Fold in miniature marshmallows and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
