Cranberry Salad

This Cranberry Ambrosia Salad combines all the best flavors of the season! Fresh cranberries, pineapple, whipped cream, and marshmallows.

  • 12 oz pkg fresh cranberries
  • 20 oz crushed pineapples drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip thawed according to package directions
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows


  • Place cranberries in a food processor or blender and process until well chopped.
  • Add in pineapple and stir well.
  • Add in sugar and Cool Whip and stir well.
  • Fold in miniature marshmallows and stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
