Fruity Pebbles Treats
Fruity Pebbles Treats recipe made with cereal, marshmallows, toasted coconut, and coconut pudding mix.

- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup butter
- 10 oz miniature marshmallows
- 3.4 oz box coconut cream instant pudding mix dry
- 5 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Spread coconut in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3-6 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until golden brown. Cool.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large stockpot. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat. Stir in dry pudding mix and toasted coconut (reserve a small bit of coconut for the topping).
Stir in cereal until all ingredients are well coated in melted marshmallow.
Press into a well greased 9 x 9 square baking dish. Allow to cool completely on counter.
Whisk together powdered sugar and milk, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until drizzling consistency.
Drizzle over cooled treats in pan and sprinkle with reserved coconut.
