An easy Tiramisu recipe made with pound cake slices, cream cheese, whipped cream, coffee, and baking cocoa.
Slice pound cake into 30 even slices, set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and almond extract until creamy.
Gently fold in whipped cream.
In a separate small bowl, stir together coffee and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Assemble cake by laying 15 pound cake slices in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Drizzle 1/2 cup of coffee over slices.
Spread half of cream cheese mixture over slices.
Repeat a second layer using remaining pound cake slices, coffee, and cream cheese.
Dust top of cake with powdered sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
