Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in small saucepan over medium high heat, stirring to be sure it doesn't burn.

  2. When milk just starts to boil, stir in oats and cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and banana slices.

  3. Top with a few extra banana slices and walnuts. Perfect with a hot cup of tea!
