Ingredients

  • 3 11oz cans corn & peppers drained
  • 2 chili peppers seeded and chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • corn chips or tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, besides the corn chips, in a large serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve immediately with chips for dipping.
