Cake Mix Rhubarb Cobbler
A rhubarb cobbler dessert made with fresh rhubarb, cake mix, jello mix, and butter.
Servings 12 servings
- 4 cups rhubarb washed and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix dry
- 3 oz box raspberry jello mix dry
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 c butter melted
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray. Spread rhubarb evenly over the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle sugar evenly over rhubarb.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the sugar, followed by dry jello mix. Pour water over the dish and then drizzle melted butter over top - do not mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before scooping into bowls and serving.
