Crockpot Roasted Sugared Pecans

Halved pecans tossed with butter, powdered sugar, and spices and slow cooked until glazed. These make wonderful Christmas gifts!

  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice


  • Place pecan halves in the bottom of a slow cooker. Drizzle melted butter over pecans and stir to coat well.
  • Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Stir well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Leave the lid off and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread pecans onto a lined cookie sheet to dry completely, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container or gift packaging.
