Chocolate Peanut Butter Bon Bons
These Chocolate Bon Bons are such a festive sweet treat! Peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and coconut coated in semi sweet chocolate. These are addictive!

1 cup butter room temperature 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 cup coconut 16 oz powdered sugar 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and peanut butter.
Add in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and powdered sugar until well combined.
Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate overnight or AT LEAST 2 hours.
Melt chocolate chips according to package directions.
Using a fork or a slotted spoon, dip chilled bon bons into melted chocolate until coated evenly.
Shake off excess and place back onto lined cookie sheet.
Repeat for remaining bon bons.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
