Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients in the order as listed above. Beat with a hand mixer until well combined, scraping sides of bowl with a rubber spatula half way through.
  • Spread batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
