Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This Brown Sugar Meatloaf is the perfect weeknight meal! Classic meatloaf with brown sugar in the glaze - so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup saltine crackers finely crushed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, milk, beaten eggs, onion, salt, pepper, crushed saltines, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to really incorporate all ingredients well.
  • Pat ground beef mixture into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Whisk together brown sugar and ketchup. Pour over top of meatloaf. Return to oven and bake an addition 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
