This Brown Sugar Meatloaf is the perfect weeknight meal! Classic meatloaf with brown sugar in the glaze - so delicious!
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, milk, beaten eggs, onion, salt, pepper, crushed saltines, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to really incorporate all ingredients well.
Pat ground beef mixture into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Whisk together brown sugar and ketchup. Pour over top of meatloaf. Return to oven and bake an addition 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
