This Cinnamon Roll Cake is perfect for when you don't have time for individual cinnamon rolls! Swirls of cinnamon sugar and a glaze makes this cake great for breakfast or dessert!
Beat all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon filling ingredients until well combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto batter in baking dish. Use a knife to swirl filling around in cake batter gently.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely.
For the glaze
Whisk butter and powdered sugar. Mix in coffee a little at time until you have a pour-able glaze consistency. Pour evenly over cooled cake and allow glaze to set before slicing and serving.
