Taco Mac Casserole is the perfect dinner for a family weeknight! Taco meat, layered with macaroni and cheese, and then topped with salsa and shredded cheese. Filling and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients: ground beef, taco seasoning, mac & cheese box mix, sour cream, salsa, cheddar

Cook ground beef in a large skillet. Drain and add the taco seasoning and water.

In a separate pot, cook the macaroni & cheese. Add in the sour cream and stir well.

Spread half of the mac & cheese in a casserole dish. Top with ground beef and remaining macaroni.

Top entire casserole with salsa and shredded cheese and cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake just until cheese is melted on top.

Allow casserole to rest 5 minutes before serving. This is a total family favorite dinner, yum!
