Ingredients: 9 inch pie crust mashed sweet potatoes eggs sugar evaporated milk butter brown sugar

Place the mashed potatoes, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, spices, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.

Beat well. Pour filling into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 15 minutes.

In another mixing bowl, blend flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over partially baked pie.
