Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches made with pork roast, root beer, garlic, onion, and bbq sauce. A set it and forget it Crockpot recipe!

Ingredients: boneless pork roast root beer garlic powder dried minced onion BBQ sauce crusty rolls

First, place pork roast into a Crockpot. Pour root beer over pork roast, add seasonings, cover and cook.

Remove roast and drain slow cooker. Return roast to slow cooker and shred with forks or tongs.

Mix in the BBQ sauce. Cover the Crockpot and cook an additional hour to heat pulled pork through.

Serve hot pulled pork on crusty bakery rolls with additional BBQ sauce if preferred. Yum!

Leftovers freeze wonderfully! Place leftover pulled pork in a tight lidded container and freeze for up to 3 months.
