Grab a large stock pot (I use my usual pasta pot) and pour in the milk. Add in the pumpkin puree.

Next step, add in the sweetened condensed milk and the pumpkin pie spice to the pot.

Whisk these ingredients together really well until the mixture is smooth. Heat over medium heat until simmering, but not boiling.
