Peppermint Patty Cookies are a MUST MAKE this Christmas season! Made with York peppermint patties, cake mix, butter, eggs, and powdered sugar.

Ingredients: Devil's food cake mix butter eggs water powdered sugar York peppermint patties

In a large bowl add in the dry devil’s food cake mix, room temperature butter, egg, and water.

Next, Blend the ingredients well with a hand mixer. The dough will be very thick!

Chill for 1 hour. Scoop dough into small balls using a tablespoon measure. Roll them in powdered sugar and place on a cookie sheet.

Immediately after baking, press an unwrapped York peppermint patty into the center of each warm cookie.

Allow the cookies to cool completely on the counter. Store the cookies in a covered container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
