Ingredients: russet potatoes butter cream cheese kosher salt shredded cheddar crumbled bacon green onion

First, boil peeled potatoes in a large stock pot until tender. Drain, return to the pot, and mash.

Add in butter and cream cheese. Stir until completely melted. Mix sour cream, cheese, bacon, green onion, and kosher salt. Mix until well combined.

Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, bacon, and green onion. Bake until hot and cheese is melted on top.
