Ingredients Needed: all purpose flour baking powder salt sugar beaten eggs oil maple syrup

You’ll need to get the wet ingredients combined first. Whisk together the milk, beaten eggs, and oil.

Do the same with the dry ingredients. In a bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together. Stop mixing when the batter is wet, but still kind of lumpy.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop batter and drop onto a hot griddle or skillet.

Allow the pancakes to cook for 3 – 4 minutes or until you see lots of bubbles come to the surface and the edges are slightly cooked.

Serve the pancakes topped with a pat of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup or pancake table syrup. These are the most delicious pancakes ever!
