Crockpot Mashed Potatoes are so easy! Fresh potatoes in the slow cooker with butter, milk, sour cream and seasonings. Keep on warm setting until ready to serve!

Ingredients: potatoes chicken broth butter sour cream garlic powder onion powder milk salt & pepper

Peel and chop 5 lbs of potatoes. Place potatoes, chicken broth, and butter in a Crockpot. Cover and cook on high setting.

Next, remove the slow cooker lid. Add in the sour cream, seasonings, and milk.

Use a hand mixer to beat the ingredients together until smooth, adding milk and more salt and pepper as needed.

Stir well with a spoon to make sure no large potato chunks remain and mixture is smooth.

Switch the slow cooker to "keep warm" setting and serve the mashed potatoes out of the Crockpot. Simple, and less dishes, too!
