Crockpot Lemon Chicken with potatoes – an entire dinner in the slow cooker! Made with boneless skinless chicken breast, oregano, seasoned salt, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, and potatoes.

Ingredients Needed: – potatoes – boneless skinless chicken breasts – oregano – seasoned salt – ground pepper – garlic cloves  – chicken broth – lemon juice

Wash the potatoes & cut them into quarters. Add them to the bottom of the slow cooker. Using tongs, place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.

Sprinkle the dried oregano, seasoning salt, and pepper over top of the chicken. Add the minced garlic.

Pour the chicken broth and the lemon juice over the chicken. Cover the Crockpot with the lid and cook.

Remove lid and check the internal temperature of the chicken with a thermometer to ensure it is at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve along with the potatoes.

Storing leftovers: Place any leftovers in a plastic container with a lid. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat individual servings in the microwave until hot.
