Ingredients: zucchini green pepper ground beef instant rice spaghetti sauce diced tomatoes

Place vegetables, ground beef, and diced green pepper into a Crockpot sprayed with non stick spray.

Add remaining ingredients, besides cheese, to the Crockpot and stir well to make sure rice is moistened.

Cover and cook on low until all of the vegetables are cooked and the rice is done.

Leave the cover off, sprinkle the cheese over the top, and cook until cheese is melted.
