In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened butter and the creamy peanut butter with a hand mixer until smooth.

Mix in the graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Gradually add in powdered sugar and beat well after each addition.

Using a tablespoon scoop, roll balls of the candy and place them on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight.

Dip chilled bon bons into the melted chocolate, shake off excess chocolate, and place them back onto a cookie sheet.
