BBQ Chicken Sandwiches made with leftover cooked chicken breast, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Serve these on potato rolls with cheddar cheese!

Ingredients: – boneless skinless chicken breast – ketchup – water – brown sugar – Worcestershire sauce – apple cider vinegar – dried minced onion – chili powder – sharp cheddar cheese – hamburger rolls

1. Add the chicken, ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, apple cider vinegar, and dried minced onion in a large pot. Stir well and heat to boiling over high heat.

Stir again. Then, reduce the heat to a simmer and continue cooking for 25 minutes.

Lay the hamburger rolls facing up on a large cookie sheet. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each half. Broil for 3 – 5 minutes or just until cheese is melted.

How to store leftovers: Allow the bbq chicken to cool completely. Then store in a plastic container or a freezer bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave until hot.
