This Amish Macaroni Salad recipe is great with sandwiches and cookouts! Made with cooked macaroni noodles in a sweet dressing with peppers and onions – yum!

Ingredients: macaroni noodles, cooked and drained celery red bell pepper hard boiled egg Miracle Whip white wine vinegar celery seed

In medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip, relish, mustard, sugar, white wine vinegar, celery seed, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cooked and cooled macaroni noodles, celery, onion, bell pepper, and chopped hard boiled egg.

Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients for the salad. Stir well, being sure to coat all of the ingredients in the tangy dressing.

Cover and refrigerate the macaroni salad for at least two hours before serving.

Ideally, refrigerate the salad overnight to give it a lot of time to allow the flavors to all come together nicely!

You’ll want to use the macaroni salad up within 3 – 5 days. I do not recommend freezing this recipe because of the raw vegetables in the mixture.
