How to make this ambrosia salad recipe: In a large mixing bowl, add in drained pineapple chunks and drained mandarin oranges.

Add in to the bowl the miniature marshmallows, sweetened shredded coconut, and sour cream.

With a large spatula, mix all the ingredients together well, scraping the sides of the bowl.
