Ingredients: ground beef alphabet pasta beef broth diced tomatoes white beans sliced carrots

First, cook the ground beef in a stock pot, drain, and the return the beef to the pan with garlic.

Next, add the beef broth, carrots, diced tomatoes, white beans, and seasonings. Bring to a  boil, then simmer.

Stir in the alphabet pasta and keep cooking until the pasta is tender and ready to eat.

Allow this soup to cool slightly, about 10 minutes, before serving. Perfect with crusty rolls and butter!
