Superhero Sugar Cookie Puppy Chow #SuperBuddies By Kelly Miller • August20,2013 • Updated March 13, 2020 • 7 Comments7901 I’m so excited to share this post with you today! Our family was given a copy of the new epic “tail” – Disney Super Buddies! You can own the Blu-Ray Combo pack yourself, August 27th! You wouldn’t think at ages 2 and 4 we’d be running around as superheroes all day long, but we SO are! The boys are obsessed with all things superhero these days from masks, to costumes, to capes you name it. Even during their playtime they’re running around catching the bad guys and saving the world! It’s the classic “good triumphs over evil” that I really love seeing them act out. Well you can imagine, the day our Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Copy of Super Buddies came – it was like Christmas in the Miller household. We sat down with a bowl of this yummy Superhero Sugar Cookie Puppy Chow and watched the movie together. I have to say, it was absolutely adorable! I mean a Disney Buddies movie with talking puppies who are superheroes – it’s an automatic home run for little ones. The kiddos loved it (I’ve lost count how many more times they’ve watched it since). My favorite quote from the movie has GOT to be this: Such a good reminder for all those little super heroes in your life! Why not make a batch of this ADDICTING Superhero Sugar Cookie Puppy Chow and enjoy this movie together? It’s flavored with real sugar cookie mix and has circle pretzel “magic rings” and M&Ms throughout the mix just for fun. The only problem? You will not be able to stop eating!! Superhero Sugar Cookie Puppy Chow 10 oz (8 squares) Baker’s white chocolate 4 cups rice Chex 2 cups pretzels 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie mix (dry, from the pouch) 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cups red, blue, green, and yellow M&Ms 1. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions (I did this by microwave). 2. In a large bowl, combine Chex and pretzels. Pour melted white chocolate over mixture, turning with a wooden spoon to coat carefully. 3. In a medium bowl, combine dry sugar cookie mix and powdered sugar. Pour over cereal mixture and turn gently to coat. 4. Using a slotted spoon, transfer puppy chow to large storage container being careful to shake off excess. Add M&Ms before serving. Be sure to visit Disney Super Buddies on Facebook and Pinterest for more great ideas – as well as the links below for some more projects to celebrate this adorable movie! 7901
