09Nov2011 Prairie Pork Chops Pin It Yes there are pork chops under there!! I didn’t realize I had bought thin cut pork chops until I got home. It didn’t make a bit of difference, this recipe was so tasty and flavorful. Hands down, I will be making this again. I love that I can have all the ingredients on hand waiting for a great deal on pork chops. Prairie Pork Chopsfrom A Prairie Story 8 pork chops1/2 cup spicy mustard1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 box Stove Top stuffing1 can corn, drained1 cup water Spray 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray. In a shallow bowl, mix brown sugar and mustard. One by one, coat each side of pork chops with mustard mixture. Top chops with any remaining mixture (you’ll want every last bit of this stuff, trust me!) In a medium sized bowl, mix stuffing, corn, and water. Top pork chops with stuffing mixture.
