Made with flour, mashed bananas, creamy peanut butter, eggs, milk, and butter. Make some for now, and freeze some for later! I hope all of you had an absolutely wonderful Christmas spending it with the ones you love! We had a great holiday, the best one yet, although I say that every year. ? While the boys have been off this week, and I include Paul in there because he’s off for the semester, we’ve kept it pretty low-key around here. Yesterday we had some of their friends over from school to play and today we’re going to a local trampoline park with my nephew. The rest of the week was spent playing with their new toys and enjoying some board games together during Reuben’s nap time. Yep, that’s what low-key looks like in this family – HA! Silas and Wesley go back to school on Tuesday and, while I’ve loved having them home, I am definitely ready for our routine to resume. It completely throws me off of my work and cleaning schedule here at home! I’ve definitely had them helping me quite a bit more around the house this week, that’s for sure! These Peanut Butter Banana Muffins are absolutely perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks to tuck into lunch boxes. My kids loved these! Jennifer says June 10, 2020 at 7:28 pm Making these now. Let’s just say the batter tastes amazing. I’m not a peanut butter fan, but we have way too much peanut butter that we know what to do with it. So decided to make these with the kids. Reply

Judy M says February 17, 2023 at 5:55 pm Just made these muffins and haven’t tasted yet but they look amazing. Rose up with a high dome (I always bake muffins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes to get that beautiful rise. The only change I made was to add a tsp of vanilla and a small amount of crushed peanuts. Thanks for a new muffin recipe for bananas.. I bake muffins at least twice a week! My family and neighbours love them. Reply
