06Jul2015Menu Plan Monday 7/6 Oh boy do these rainy, thunderstorm-y, Monday mornings exhaust me! I feel like I have a mile long to-do list and all I feel like doing is looking up used furniture on Craigslist. I’ve already arranged pick up for two pieces this week. I can’t afford anything else, haha! I think that nesting has begun – we are in the process of turning our office/guest room into a nursery/computer room. The kids mainly are the ones that use the computer (exclusively for Minecraft and Nick Jr), but we do need some place to keep the printer as well. I just think a nice cabinet where I can shut the doors and ignore all the cords is exactly perfect with all the other baby stuff in the room. At least it’s my theory right now, anyway. š My theme for our menu this week is CHEAP and FILLING! I have a freezer of chicken and beef, and there are some more good deals this week on meat that I want to stock up on. That means I’m trying to use as much as we already have for our meals – I actually love weeks like this. I hate having to buy bags of groceries when I already have stocked pantry shelves – it just seems a bit crazy!
