13May2013 Menu Plan Monday 5/13 – So Blessed I hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I had a great time having fun with my two adorable boys and my sweet nephew, as well as two of the best moms I know: my mom (of course) and my sister. Love! This week we’re feeling so extremely blessed. On Thursday we got the news we’d been waiting for – my father in law received a new liver! He had surgery that night and is still in recovery, so pray for his continued healing. We are so thankful to God for this miracle! Needless to say, this week’s plans are up in the air. Our schedules are going to be crazy and I know that going in. Nevertheless, here’s my tentative meal plan: Roasted Tomato Soup with Cheddar Parmesan Bread Salsa Sloppy Joes Tortellini Vegetable Bake Crockpot Lemon Garlic Chicken & Potatoes Crockpot San Francisco Pork Chops Weekend Breakfast – Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothies (subbing frozen blueberries for strawberries) Dinner – Gorditas Hoagies Don’t miss another Mostly Homemade Mom recipe!
