Swirls of cinnamon sugar and a glaze makes this cake great for breakfast or dessert! I feel like the bright sunshine streaming through my kitchen and living room this morning is giving me false hope that spring is truly on its way, here in Pennsylvania. I mean, if you look at the calendar it is definitely spring. Walk outside? Completely different story. I have two newly built raised beds in my yard right now, and four more waiting in their boxes. I’m so excited to start my vegetable garden and plant some pretty flowers. I had it in mind that this weekend I would get a lot of that work done. Unfortunately, we are projected to get 4 – 10 inches of snow on Saturday. SNOW. UGH. Well, for now my little seedlings are going to have to sit tight on my crowded windowsills until it hopefully starts to warm up. At least I can control how it FEELS inside my house. This Cinnamon Roll Cake is a sweet treat with your coffee in the morning that makes me think of spring brunches. The kind of brunch with pastel tablecloths and glass vases filled with baby’s breath.
