Well, for now my little seedlings are going to have to sit tight on my crowded windowsills until it hopefully starts to warm up. At least I can control how it FEELS inside my house. Leave a review Ingredients Cake: 3 cups flour 1 cup sugar 4 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup butter melted Cinnamon filling: 1/2 cup butter softened 1 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon Glaze: 1/4 cup butter melted 2 cups powdered sugar 3 tablespoons brewed coffee US Customary - Metric Instructions Beat all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon filling ingredients until well combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto batter in baking dish. Use a knife to swirl filling around in cake batter gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely. For the glaze Whisk butter and powdered sugar. Mix in coffee a little at time until you have a pour-able glaze consistency. Pour evenly over cooled cake and allow glaze to set before slicing and serving.
