Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta with No Wimpy Flavors By Kelly Miller • November16,2012 • Updated April 10, 2018 • 25 Comments27413 Doesn’t that look mouth watering? I’m telling you, it totally is. I’m so glad to be sharing my newest foodie favorite with you today… No Wimpy Flavors. We don’t cook a lot of cajun-spiced food around here, but Paul was dying to try their Cajun Spice Blend in a pasta dish. Total restaurant quality here! The fresh flavor and heat from the cayenne was a great balance. This is a meal that was impressive enough to serve to guests! Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 1/2 tablespoons No Wimpy Flavors Cajun Spice Blend, divided 1 jar Alfredo sauce (plain) 1 cup diced red & green bell pepper, sauteed until soft 1/2 box fettuccine Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place 2 tablespoons Cajun Spice Blend in shallow bowl. Rub spices on both sides of chicken breast. Repeat for other chicken breast. Grill chicken (we used our George Foreman) and set aside. In saucepan, combine Alfredo sauce, 1/2 tablespoon Cajun Spice Blend, and diced bell pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettuccine. To serve, top pasta with sliced chicken breast and drizzle additional Cajun Alfredo sauce. So good! No Wimpy Flavors offers three spice blends: Cajun Blend, Caribbean Blend, and Southwest Blend (totally replacing my regular taco seasoning with this one). I instantly noticed the quality when I opened them up, the smells of the fresh spices are incredible. No Wimpy Flavors spice blends use no MSG or anti-caking agents and are all natural as well. Can’t say that for the spices in your cabinet right now, can you? And boy do these spices pack a kick!! These would make AWESOME Christmas gifts for the guys or spicy-lovers in your life. And guess what? Amy from No Wimpy Flavors has agreed to giveaway a set of all three spices to THREE lucky readers!! That’s right, there will be THREE winners – GOOD LUCK! The giveaway will be open all week. 🙂 Linking up to these fabulous parties. Check them out! a Rafflecopter giveaway 27413
