Discovering a Better Way to Snack with Nature Box!

November 16, 2014

I am seriously the QUEEN of snacking. I am the type of person that will go into the kitchen and grab just a bite of something as I'm passing through. Cleaning up from lunch, unloading and loading the dishwasher, wiping the counter down... it's like a war zone in there for me!

The kitchen is definitely the number one problem area for me - but second, would have to be on the couch at night. The boys will snuggle next to me and we'll have a movie on. I'll either have a coffee or a snack sitting there chomping on with them. Ugh - it's SO hard!

About six months ago I had myself on a strict diet and I have to say, I did pretty well for a while. But you know what got me off track again? No, not desserts and creamy dinners. You guessed it, snacking! And for sure, the months of October, November, and December are just one struggle after another with food. With parties and family gatherings, it seems everything revolves around food - and NOT the healthy kind! What if there was a better way to get your snack craving satisfied?

I recently discovered NatureBox and that's just what they are - a snacking solution to this extremely indulgent time of year. And even better yet - these yummy snacks are shipped straight to your doorstep! Let me take you on a tour of what goodies arrived in my NatureBox:

The Salted Caramel Pretzel Pops and the Pumpkin Spice Nom Noms just had to be the first ones to try when I opened my package - they were both great snack options when you're craving a heavy pumpkin spice treat or a salt/sweet snack combination. I was surprised at how fresh and moist the nom noms were, even having been shipped!

These Watermelon Fruit Chews were instantly the boys' favorite and they are a wonderful alternative to traditional fruit snacks you find at the store. Every snack from Nature Box contains wholesome ingredients - no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors, zero trans fats and no high fructose corn syrup. Something I feel much better about my kids eating, for sure!

The Baked Cheddar Potato Fries and the Italian Bistro Pretzels were great to have on hand to snack during our late night movie sessions on the couch. They totally have the awesome crunch factor of typical pretzels and chips - these would be an easy swap.

Each monthly box that arrives to your door contains 5 wholesome snacks that either you can choose or be surprised with. Nature Box offers over 100 different snacks - so even those with certain dietary restrictions can find something yummy, too. NatureBox is offering a FREE one month trial of their snack services to each of you wonderful Mostly Homemade Mom readers! Your trial box will contain one full size snack bag and four single serve pouches. Click here to start your free trial with NatureBox!

What would be the first snack you would choose in your NatureBox? Let me know in the comments!

  1. 3 Researches SHOW Why Coconut Oil Kills Belly Fat.

This means that you literally kill fat by consuming coconut fat (in addition to coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 studies from big medicinal magazines are sure to turn the traditional nutrition world around!
