Menu Plan Monday 5/12

May 12, 2014

Well, I'm a single parent for two weeks while Paul is away in Israel - UGH! I'm already tired and counting down the days until he gets home, although I am looking forward to pictures from his visit! This week, me and the boys are staying with my parents to make it a bit easier. So of course as a thank you for all they're help, I promised them a yummy dinner every night! Here's the plan this week:

Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

Tacos (surprising my Dad requested this!)

Crockpot Chicken Chili

Waffle BLTs with Fresh Herb Spread

Farmer's Market Spaghetti

Out/Leftovers

Toasted Cheeseburgers at Church

Pray for my sanity this week, friends!! :) Have a blessed week! Don't miss another Mostly Homemade Mom recipe! Click here to have recipes delivered by email. Or, you can follow along via FacebookPinterestTwitterInstagram, or Google+ - I'd love to connect with you!

  2. The bread in the soup photo looks so yummy!

Doing the single mom thing is tough! My husband was gone Sunday-Thursday for three weeks in a row back in February. My oldest is 2.5. I'm not entirely sure how I survived!
