Show & Share Wednesday #67

January 22, 2014

I hope you all are staying warm where you live! It's projected to be one of the coldest days of the year in our area, add to that snow and ice, should make for an interesting commute into school! Let's take a look at the features from last week:

Easy Chicken Alfredo - Mommy on Demand

Simple Southwest Potatoes - Crumbs and Chaos

Chili con Queso - Amy's Cooking Adventures

YUM! Love the twist of adding chicken! I'm also a die hard fan of chili!

Oooh -with salsa! Great idea, Kelly...this looks fantastic!

  6. It's funny, but when you start changing things in recipes, sometimes you end up with the best new recipes, don't you think? This sounds so good and very tasty. I love the salsa and the tomatoes with the chili's. It's perfect for Super Bowl! We are having a Super Bowl Eats and Treats Linky Party, and I'd love if
you would link this, or any other recipe that says "Super Bowl" to you!
It can be appetizers, desserts, parties, crafts, sandwiches, anything
and as many as you want. We would love to have you!

  7. Thanks so much for hosting, Kelly. Enjoy the rest of the week and have a wonderful weekend.

  8. I completely agree, sometimes changing it up and making substitutions ends up better than the original recipe!

  9. Thanks Cathy, the salsa really adds to the flavor!

  10. I wasn't too sure of the chicken at first either, but it really works!

  11. Hi Kelly,
It is very cold here today and your Crockpot Chicken Chili would just be perfect, it looks delicious! Thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday and have a great weekend!

  12. Was wondering how you would make the ham and cheddar ziti into a freezer meal?

  13. Lindsay, I would say 4-6 servings. I hope you enjoy!

  14. I am making this recipe for the 2nd time today. It was delicious!
